Police issue fresh witness appeal after cyclist dies following collision on A30
Police are appealing for witnesses after a Camborne cyclist died following a collision with a car on the A30.
Paul Kemsley, 54, died after he was hit by a van as he was travelling on the eastbound carriageway of the A30 from Hayle to Tolvaddon on Friday, October 5.

The serious collision investigation team are now keen to speak to any witnesses who saw either a Daihatsu Hi-jet van or a pedal cyclist riding between Camborne west junction (Treswithian) and Tolvaddon shortly before the incident occurred at around 9.30am.
Police believe both the cyclist, who was wearing a yellow jacket, and the van left the Camborne area before joining the A30 at Treswithian.

Mr Kemsley sustained serious chest and arm injuries in the collision and died as a result of his injuries two days later in Tresliske Hospital.
His family paid tribute to him, describing him as a “beloved husband, devoted dad and granddad” and said he would “be sadly missed by all”.
