Police seek witnesses after Penzance collision that killed motorcyclist
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist died in a fatal road collision in Penzance on Saturday afternoon.
At 3.40pm police and emergency services were called to a collision between a motorcycle and an Audi at the Lannoweth Road junction at Chyandour Cliff, near the railway station.

The crash left the main road into Penzance closed well into Saturday night as specialist police officers conducted a fatal collision investigation.
The motorcyclist, a local man who has not been named by police, suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

Devon and Cornwall Police say formal identification has not yet been completed although next of kin have been informed.
The Audi driver, a local woman in her 30s, was not injured.
The road was closed for six hours with Saturday night traffic and buses being diverted around the ringroad.
Police say officers from Bodmin Serious Collisions Investigation Unit have launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
They would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the motorcycle travelling along Chyandour Cliff in the direction of Eastern Green prior to the collision.
