PROBUS have taken only one point from the last four games but reckoned they might have earned something from their game against Plymouth Parkway with better finishing.

Parkway were leading 2-0 at the interval thanks to goals from Kirk Smith and Phil Daniel while Probus had Paul Cox and Darren Roose looking lively in attack but failed to put away a couple of decent chances.

The Probus cause was not helped when midfielder Tom Roscorl was taken to hospital following a clash of heads with Daniel.

Daniel was able to continue and did well in central midfield for the visitors, but Roscorl could be out of action for a week or so.

Roose fired Probus back into the game with a close range effort in the second half and the home side pressed for an equaliser only for Alex Mitchell to wrap up the victory for Parkway with a late goal.

Man of the match: Phil Daniel (Parkway).
