RAMPing up the new year cheer
TIMELESS tales of a princess, hero and obligatory wicked fairy will be played out in Penzance next month.
Redruth Amateur Musical and Pantomime Society is busily rehearsing for its take on Sleeping Beauty, which is due to take to the stage at St John's Hall.
This will be the third pantomime performed by the group, who promise a show full of song, dance and comedy.
Playing the role of Prince Braveheart is Lisa Topsey, also a member of the Penzance Amateur Operatic Society. Hayle-based Chris Williams plays the comic role of Chip, the palace odd job man.
