FALMOUTHSent for trial
ACCUSED of assaulting Katie Roberts by beating her outside a nightclub in Truro on December 18 last year, a 20-year-old is to be committed for trial at Truro Crown Court on November 29.
Abi Ellis, of Penarrow Close, Falmouth, entered no plea to the charge when she was before Truro magistrates.
Conditions of bail were that she should not contact named witnesses and should surrender her passport.
