'Reclaimed' retailer outgrows its store in months
A North Devon retailer who entirely fitted out her shop with 'upcycled' materials has had to upsize her premises after less than a year of trading.
Kath Kingdon's interiors and haberdashery shop in South Molton, KK Design, has already outgrown its first home since its Easter launch.
The shop will be reopening in new premises in the town's busy North Road, in the new year.
Ms Kingdon said: "The business is expanding fast, and we basically need more space urgently. Although it's only been a short time since we opened, we've already developed a strong customer base, with people coming into the shop from all over Devon, as well as Somerset, Dorset, London and even France."

Her current shop is fitted out with reclaimed materials – including old scaffolding, and paint-splattered step ladders and also sells goods made from recycled items.
Ms Kingdon also plans to launch an online shop to complement the high street business.
