Redruth sign South African batsman for first Premier League campaign
Redruth Cricket Club have signed talented young South African batsman Christiaan Theron as their overseas player for their first season in the Cornwall Premier League after winning promotion from County 1 last year.
Theron, 19, is an aggressive right handed top-order batsman and comes with high recommendations from his home country.

A club statement said: "He comes with a strong appetite for learning, improving his game and scoring runs. His aim is to use his experience in Cornwall to break into the professional game.
"Redruth Cricket Club are delighted to welcome Christiaan to the club."
