Schools can say Happy Mothers' Day for free
With Mothers' Day just around the corner the Western Morning News is offering a fun way for children to send their messages of love.
On Saturday March 9 mothers, grandmothers and carers across the South West will be able to open-up their copy of the newspaper to read their special messages.

We are offering schools the opportunity to allow pupils to send their Mothers' Day messages that will be printed in the newspaper free of charge.
Messages can be a simple greeting using a handful of words or even a poem of around 20.

The format of the message needs to be as follows:
SMITH: Emily. Hope you have a great day I love you lots and lots Maddie.xxx
All that schools wishing to take part need to do is log onto www.thisisads.co.uk click on the Devon (Western Morning News) link and register a generic account for their school as a whole or for single classes.
Children will then be able to log on and type the messages for their mothers – it could even be used as part of an IT lesson. The deadline for placing messages is Wednesday, March 6.
