Severe weather warning for Cornwall and Devon
The Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for Sunday and Monday.
The "Amber" warning states that are likely to be periods of heavy rain, including some torrential downpours, across parts of Cornwall and Devon during Sunday evening and Monday morning. A statement from the Met Office says that "The public should be prepared for an increased risk of both surface water and river flooding during this period."

Rainfall is expected to be 15-30mm with as much as 50mm in hilly areas. Winds of up to 50mph are expected in coastal areas.
