Man used doorway as a toilet
POLICE officers who saw a man urinating in the doorway of a solicitors' office in Bread Street, Penzance, were given a false name when they questioned him.
But they found out he was Dean Howard, 37, of Bread Street, Penzance, who was wanted on warrants issued in Liverpool. When arrested Howard was drunk and in possession of a nearly empty quarter-bottle of vodka.
Neil Lewin, for the defence, said Howard had been extremely drunk at the time and was apologetic for his actions. He was homeless.
Howard was fined £50 and £105 costs and surcharge.
