A controversial stoppage time goal from Truro City skipper Jake Ash rescued a point for his side after they looked to be heading for a second successive Zamaretto Southern League premier division defeat.

City had gone behind just before half time when Banbury striker David Stone was put clear down the right and finished well for his 12th goal of the season.
The home side pressed for much of the second half, with Andy Watkins and Scott Walker both hitting the bar but it looked as if they were heading for defeat until the fourth minute of stoppage when Ash's low shot was adjudged by linesman Darren Thompson to have crossed the line despite the desperate efforts of keeper Joe Murrell to keep it out.
The visitors were unhappy with the decision but the goal stood and both sides took a point from the game and City have still not won at home in the league since August 31 when they beat Tiverton Town.
City boss Steve Thompson gave new signing Marvin Brown his first start up front and also had to make a late change when left back Lee Hodges injured himself in the warm-up with Martin Watts coming into the starting line-up.
Brown was asked to play as a lone striker with Andy Watkins wide on the left and Les Afful out on the right in a five man midfield.
City began the game brightly enough with Watkins shooting into the side netting and Ash forcing a good save out of Murrell, while Arran Pugh volleyed over.
But Banbury carried a serious goal threat of their own, with Rice having to save well from defender Adam Learoyd's header from a corner.
City though then seemed to lose their way, but might have had a penalty just before half time when Brown was clattered by Murrell as they challenged for a high ball, but referee Chris Miller waved away their claims for a penalty.
And it was Banbury who took the lead with Stone's assured finish as Truro appealed in vain for offside.
The second half saw Truro make all the running as Banbury defended resolutely but a goal just would not come until Ash's dramatic last gasp equaliser.
