Station café is to open for longer
THE BUFFET at Camborne railway station must be unique – as it also includes an artist's studio and a kennel.
A new owner has taken over the Platform Gallery Café, though the same person will remain in day-to-day charge.

Hayle Chamber of Commerce chairman Jeremy Joslin opened the café five years ago, in what used to be the booking office and waiting room.
He also runs the buffet at St Erth station and due to development there has decided to concentrate on that business.
The new owner at Camborne station is retired Metropolitan police officer Rory White, who has lived in Camborne for 40 years.
Manageress Julia Prosser is staying and the opening hours are to be extended.
Mr Joslin is keeping his studio in one corner of the buffet, where he spends two or three days a week painting.
The kennel is for Ms Prosser's whippet Shanti.
"A lot of people come in to see her, she's definitely a favourite with the customers," she said.
