GARY NIGEL COOT, aged 46, of Lowenek Close, Falmouth, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court to assaulting Peter Wincott at Falmouth on April 12 and was conditionally discharged for a year and told to pay compensation of £50. He also admitted a further assault charge on a person who cannot be named for legal reasons on the same date.
