St Austell returned to form with a 6-1 victory over struggling Falmouth Town at Poltair Park.

Man of the match Mike Body and Jordan Dingle scored two goals each and other Lillywhites goals came from Chris Reski and Nick Campbell.

Karl Turner pulled a goal back for Falmouth just before half-time with St Austell already three goals clear but there was to be no comeback from the visitors.

Liskeard Athletic's new manager Paul Blatchford saw the enormity of the job ahead on Saturday as Ivybridge thrashed the Blues 6-0 at Lux Park.

Blatchford, who was previously joint manager of the club's ECPL team, has no managerial experience of the Peninsula League premier division, and is going to have to learn quickly if this performance is anything to go by.

Liskeard have slumped to second from bottom and the prospect of relegation cannot be ruled out.

But the club, who originally advertised for a manager with premier division experience, have decided to give local players a chance and in Blatchford they might have found the right man.

Richard Maddison's 16th minute strike was enough to secure an impressive three points for Saltash United against Tavistock at Langsford Park.

Maddison was in the right place to sidefoot home a Matt Cusack cross as the Ashes ended Tavvy's four-match unbeaten run.

Saltash have named former Liskeard boss Martin Burgess as assistant manager to boss Stuart Dudley.

Camelford pushed Plymouth Parkway all the way at Bolitho Park before slipping to a 2-1 defeat which sent Parkway above Bodmin into top spot.

Reg Hambly's side were trailing 2-0 to goals from Dan Griffiths and Ryan Richards when substitute Ryan Moth reduced the arrears in the 77th minute.

The Camels pushed for an equaliser but Parkway held out for their 13th league win.
