For the seventh year running, Hayle in Bloom won gold at the ceremony, which was held at Truro Cathedral on September 19.
The team of volunteers also picked up 13 neighbourhood awards, as well as receiving special recognition for King George V Memorial Walk and Paradise Park.
The chairman of Hayle in Bloom, Margaret Tanner, said: "We are so proud for our town of Hayle to be recognised. The volunteers work really hard and community involvement is a big issue for Hayle in Bloom.

"Our aim is to create a bright, beautiful town for our community to live in and for our visitors to enjoy."
Marazion in Bloom was awarded a Silver Gilt, following a visit from judges to Maypole Gardens in July.
Councillor Penney Hosking, chair of the 5 Parishes Group, said volunteers have had a busy year preparing for the awards.
She added: "We have planted spring bulbs in the winter and bedding plants later in the season. The town council revamped the Maypole Gardens, which has sustainable planting and will look even better when it gets well established. The group would like to thank everybody who contributed with flowers and planters to make the town look its best."
Both groups are looking forward to the Cornwall in Bloom awards on October 17.
