A NEW play is to get another outing this April at venues in Cornwall after success at its first performance last year.
Transports will be visiting The Acorn, Penzance, The Poly in Falmouth and the Burrell Theatre, Truro.
Transports originally opened last November at the Tolmen Centre, Constantine, marking the debut of Pipeline Theatre Company, a new collaboration between well-respected names in Cornish theatre.
Teacher Chris Wild was an audience member at the first performances, and said afterwards: "Like everyone else at the Tolmen, I was spellbound, bowled over, emotional, speechless .... More people need to see this play."

Pipeline Theatre were approached by The Poly and The Acorn to put the show on again, and have grabbed the chance.
"We had such a wonderful response in November, and we've been encouraged to perform the show again by so many of those who saw it," said writer and director Jon Welch.
The play is about a sociopathic 15-year-old who finds herself shunted into her final foster home in the 1970s. Her widowed foster mother has a hint of a foreign accent and a box full of secrets. As youth plays cat and mouse with age, two parallel sets of revelations collide with devastating consequences.
Transports was loosely inspired by the experiences of designer Alan Munden's mother, who came to England during the Second World War. Jon has taken elements of her life and woven them into a new story.
Pipeline comprises playwright Jon Welch, well known for his work with Cube Theatre such as The Uninvited and Wooden Heart. Set and costumes are by Alan and Jude Munden, the genius design team behind perennial favourites Miracle Theatre.
The play has a two-woman cast: Jude and Alan's daughter Anna Munden, a talented young actor who is already a member of the National Youth Theatre, and Jon's wife Juliet Welch, who has previously appeared at the Hall for Cornwall and for Cube Theatre.
Jon added: "I suppose it all sounds a bit incestuous but it's a dream team for us."
Transports is on at The Acorn, Penzance, on Saturday, at The Poly, Falmouth, on Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12, and at the Burrell Theatre, Truro, on Saturday, April 20.
