St Neots Town 2 Truro City 0
City’s third Calor League premier division defeat of the season saw them slip to 18th in the table .
And it makes Tuesday night’s visit of second from bottom Frome Town to Treyew Road (7.45pm) even more important as they bid to move away from the wrong end of the table.
The home side went ahead after 39 minutes with a goal from Liam Hurst who beat Ollie Chenoweth at his near post.

And it could have been even worse for City right on half time when Cody Cooke was penalised for handball, but Chenoweth saved Lewis Hilliard’s penalty and the rebound was put over the bar.
City tried in vain to find an equaliser after the break, but their hopes were ended 16 minutes from time when substitute Karl Safee made it 2-0.
Matt Andrew did hit the bar soon after but it was not to be Truro's day and they also had five players – Joe Broad, Les Afful, Cody cooke, Jordan Copp and Shane White –yellow carded.
