Toby Budd, marketing manager for Fal River Cornwall, said: "Last year's guide was so successful we managed to increase production to 60,000 for this year, which is great news for businesses and Truro as a city.
"We would like to thank all of the businesses who have supported it through advertising and sponsorships because, without them, the guide wouldn't happen."
Truro City Guide is supported by Totally Truro Business Improvement District.
Abi Steel, from Truro Tourist Information Centre, said: "We are seeing an increasing number of visitors through our doors at the tourist information centre and almost everyone comments on how beautiful Truro is. This guide really showcases Truro to both visitors and residents alike, and the cover is just beautiful."
The guide is available from Truro Tourist Information Centre among other outlets throughout the South West, or by calling the tourist information centre on 01872 274555.
