Truro City to stage Fans' Open Meeting on Monday
All Truro City supporters are being urged to attend a Fans' Open meeting at the club on Monday evening (7.30pm), when among those present will be Truro businessmen Pete Masters and Philip Perryman, who yesterday stepped in at the 11th hour to save the club from being expelled from the Football Conference.
The Conference had demanded a £50,000 by way of a bond as insurance against other teams' travelling expenses, in case financially-stricken Truro City did not survive the season and match results were declared void.

After a hoped for sale fell through on Friday morning, the pair came together in the afternoon to deposit the bond and give the club a chance to survive.
They will be outlining their plans as to what happens next and will also hold a Q and A session. There is also expected to be a statement from the administrators about the situation.
