Truro's first ever neon night run on Friday
Dozens of women will be out in brightly coloured clothing for Truro's first ever neon night run.
The night runners will set off from the Rising Sun pub on Mitchell Hill at 8pm on Friday for a 10km journey.
The event has been created by Sarah Tagholm to raise funds for the charity Unseen which campaigns against human trafficking.
Miss Tagholm said: "I wanted to do something to help so thought I'd get a few friends together for a run and a few drinks in the pub afterwards. "Word got out about the run and lots of women were keen to join to take part. Some people are walking and some are running but everyone is going to wear neon - even if it's just a sweatband."
