Truro's first ever night run will set off from the Rising Sun
The event has been created by Sarah Tagholm to raise funds for the charity Unseen which campaigns against human trafficking.
Miss Tagholm said: "I wanted to do something to help so thought I'd get a few friends together for a run and a few drinks in the pub afterwards. "Word got out about the run and lots of women were keen to join to take part. Some people are walking and some are running but everyone is going to wear neon - even if it's just a sweatband."

Participants are asked to pay £10 to take part which will go to Unseen.
Barclays bank has agreed to match-fund the event and Miss Tagholm hopes to raise around £1000.
