'Unsociable' driver was using stolen car

A car stolen in South East Cornwall was spotted being driven 15 miles away. Police said the blue Rover 25 was reported missing from St Blazey on Sunday and was seen in St Columb later the same day. The witness told police the car was being driven in such an "unsociable manner" that someone challenged the driver and they did a wheel spin while before speeding away. The registration number is X609 CCD. Anyone with information can call police on 101 quoting crime reference GW/13/140.
