Van driver admits causing death of Camborne cyclist
A VAN driver has admitted causing the death of a Camborne cyclist by driving without due care and attention.
Paul Kemsley, 54, died after he was in a collision with a vehicle as he travelled on the eastbound carriageway of the A30, from Hayle to Tolvaddon, on October 5, 2012.
Mr Kemsley sustained serious head injuries and died as a result of his injuries two days later in Royal Cornwall Hospital at Tresliske.
At Truro Crown Court on Friday, Mark Entwistle, 35, of Hopes Drive, Mount Hawke, admitted causing the death by careless driving of his van.

Entwistle is due to be sentenced next month.
