The winner will get a three-month advertising campaign worth £10,000 supported by marketing advice and design help from the expert team at Cornwall and Devon Media.
The business in second place will get £7,500 of advertising with other prizes worth £5,000 and £2,500.

The winning businesses will also gain support from a team of hand-picked local business mentors.
The LBA project is supported by the Government and the private sector's Business in You campaign and backed by David Cameron, as well as the Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King.
Jacqui Walls, editor of The Cornishman, said: "We were really impressed with the standard of entries last year and the opportunities this gave us to meet a number of growing and thriving local businesses. Cornwall is such a great place for enterprise and we hope this will again provide a boost for some really innovative young businesses."
The competition is designed to give a helping hand to new businesses that need to let the public know what a great job they are doing.
Businesses that have been set up for between one and five years can enter LBA for the chance to win the free advertising campaign in their local paper, along with mentoring support from local business leaders.
The most promising businesses will be shortlisted for the national stage of the competition to win a year's mentoring from Deborah Meaden and an advertising campaign devised by a top London agency.
Local press advertising is a proven force to drive growth for small and medium-sized businesses –60 per cent of small business owners agree that advertising in their local newspaper is the best way to attract customers in their area – and the same can be said for mentoring.
Businesses can enter The Cornishman competition by going online and filling out a form on the website www.accelerateme.co.uk
The closing date for entries is Friday, November 16.
