POLICE are appealing for witnesses who can identify a teenager believed to be responsible for causing damage valued at £75 to a car parked near the River Camel at Boscarne.
Police say a fisherman remonstrated with the youth for throwing branches into the river at about 2.30pm last Wednesday.
A short time later he heard his car alarm sounding and discovered a window had been smashed.
The youth is aged between 16 to 19 and was wearing a bright red weatherproof jacket.
Information can be given to Bodmin police on 101 and quoting reference BB/13.1953.
