Woman broke curfew order
A PENDEEN woman who was put under a court curfew four nights a week for driving while disqualified was absent when she should have been at home, and was missing for more than two hours in total, Truro magistrates heard.
Joanna Melody Kaute, 43, of Trewellard Hill, Pendeen, admitted breaching the curfew on three occasions during December and January.
Lynn East, for G4S, said on each occasion she had telephoned the authority and told them she would be late home.
In court, Kaute apologised for her absences and said she had now settled down to the curfew hours of 7pm to 7am and would not be late any more.
