Woman on murder charge is bailed
A Newton Abbot woman has appeared before a judge in Exeter yesterday charged with murder. Teresa Rylands, 33, is accused of killing Neil Mitchell between August 12 and 19. Rylands appeared in custody via video link before Judge Francis Gilbert QC. She was not required to enter a plea but a plea hearing date was set for December 6. A provisional trial date was set for June next year. In the meantime Rylands was granted bail with conditions to abide by a curfew and not to enter Teignbridge.
