Working off the turkey at Towan
HIGH-kicking martial arts students braved winter weather when they took to a Newquay beach in their suits.
Students of Cornwall Tae Kwon-Do schools in Camborne, Newquay and Truro took part in the annual Turkey Buster outdoor training event on December 27.

Held on Towan Beach for the 27th year, it saw them performing their repertoire of kicks, blocks, punches and strikes before ending in the sea.
Instructor and event organiser Liam Broderick thanked and congratulated all the students that took part.
