Wright stuff at Heather's
HAYLE artist David Wright creates dramatic, detailed drawings and paintings of iconic, natural or man-made Cornish landscapes using a range of unusual techniques.
Rubbings, graphite powder, bleached inks and textured under-layers can all come into play in his work.

On Saturday, at Heather's Coffee Shop, Church Road, Pendeen where his paintings are permanently on display, David will be working on a piece of art from 1pm to closing time at 5.30pm.
People sampling the coffee and cake on offer, or simply those interested in his enthusiastic approach to subjects and working methods, are welcome to ask questions as he works.
