Truro City 1 Mangotsfield United 1

A dramatic stoppage time equaliser by Truro City's Stewart Yetton denied the visitors a famous FA Cup win in this third qualifying round tie.

City looked to be heading out of the Cup after going 1-0 down to a Dan Spill goal after 78 minutes when, Yetton, who had come on as a substitute at the start of the second half, saw his speculative cross cum shot from the right fiind the top far corner of Tony Court's net.

The two teams will now replay at Mangotsfield on Tuesday evening.

It was another lacklustre disaply by City who struggled to break down a strong visitors' defence, especially in a turgid first half.

In the second half Mangotsfield had chances through Daine O'Connor before Spill netted after City keeper Martin Rce could only parry a long range effort from Geraint Bater.

City pushed forward, but lacked conviction until Yetton came to their rescue and ensured they will go into Monday's fourth qualifying round draw.

Making his debut for Truro was Torquay United's Lee Hodges who has joined on a three month loan.

Truro line up: Rice; McConnell, Hodges, Santos Gaia, Power; Taylor, Broad (capt), Clay; Walker, Watts. Afful.
