TWO men from Port Isaac who face a series of charges including burglary will have their cases heard at Truro Crown Court.
Stuart Bushell, 52, of Tintagel Terrace, is charged jointly with Thomas Lane, 23, of New Road, with burgling the private accommodation of Paul Williams at the Bay Hotel, Port Isaac, on March 23, and stealing cash and watches to a total value of £30,899.
Bushell is further charged with harassing Paul Williams between March 22 and April 27 by leaving a note at the scene of the burglary threatening to reveal details of his past to the local newspaper and repeatedly circulating leaflets in Port Isaac referring to his history and distributing CDs to the same effect.
East Cornwall magistrates in Bodmin granted both men bail on the condition they do not contact Paul Williams or enter the Bay Hotel.
