One is from Penzance, aged 19, and one from Hayle, aged 18.
They have been bailed to attend Camborne police station on 21 November 2012.
Officers were called to Church Street around 2.30am on Tuesday after reports that a man had been refused entry to Club International by door staff.
The man was arrested and a series of minor clashes then ensued between a group of men who had traveled from the Hayle and St Ives area and local young people, thought to be students.
Inspector Mark Richards, based at Truro, said “The incident appears to be a series of individual minor altercations among a crowd of around 150 people. The main incident was dealt with by local officers with support from door staff and extra officers were called in from other areas of Cornwall to help take the individuals into custody".
“The police and the local community in Falmouth will not tolerate drunk and disorderly behaviour in the town, particularly from those who travel into the town and behave in a manner which they wouldn’t do in their own home towns.”
Officers are studying CCTV and anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log 49 of 02/09/12.
