Five-car pile-up on A38 sliproad
At least five vehicles were involved in a pile-up on the A38 yesterday.
Police said one of the vehicles may have been travelling the wrong way down the A3064, the St Budeaux slip road at Plymouth.
The westbound carriageway at the scene was closed after the crash, which happened shortly after 6.30pm yesterday.
Ambulances were called and the Highways Agency was alerted to help with a temporary road closure.

Traffic was at a standstill near the Tamar Bridge following the crash, which was one of a series in last night's bad weather.
Meanwhile, rail passengers were also facing headaches in the region yesterday evening.
There were delays of up to 40 minutes on First Great Western services between Liskeard and Looe, due to an obstruction on the line.
