“ Brilliant evening with four friends and Chef Smyth having a masterclass in my kitchen. We chose the menus from a vast number Chef Smyth let us look through. Chef Smyth co-ordinated with me what to buy for the evening. Chef brought the majority of goods and equipment with him on the night. I had a query on one of the ingredients - which Chef Smyth put me right on, by phone, when the staff at a local supermarket were unable to. Step by step Chef Smyth went through the preparation and cooking of a superb dinner party menu - far more adventurous than I would have considered doing by myself. We all picked up great tips we can transfer to our own kitchens. The food was superb, quality excellent, Chef Smyth pitched the "learning" part of the evening just right - as there were some reluctant cooks amongst us!!! Overall a really good night! I would recommend an evening like this for a really different girls night in! And would have no problem with recommending Chef Smyh to anyone considering using such a service. Fantastic evening
“Chef Smyth, Richard I just wanted to thank you for a fantastic evening learning to cook two fabulous dishes. I am a very keen amatuer cook and learnt lots of new skills and tips. And on top of that it was great fun.
