Three charged with wilful neglect at day care centre in Penzance

Three people have been charged with wilful neglect at the John Daniel Centre in Penzance between April 2007 and December 2011.

Benjamin Alan Jenkins, 22, from St Ives and Philip Anthony John Sowden, 59, from Penzance have both been charged with two counts of ill-treating and wilfully neglecting a person without capacity.

Christine Maureen Keller, 57, from Hayle has been charged with one count of the same offence.

All three have been released on police bail and are due in Truro Magistrates Court on February 21.
