THE Eden Project is excited to announce two new collaborations that will form part of the ever extending line-up for the Eden Sessions this Thursday and Friday.

Back from the Artic, where they hold their innovative expeditions, creative activists Cape Farewell will be bringing their enlightening cultural response to Climate Change to the Sessions, which will kick-start a three-year collaboration with the Eden Project.

A programme of artists such as comedian Marcus Brigstocke, singer Liam Frost and Human Beatboxer, Shlomo will be hosting

Cool Sounds from the Frozen Arctic

, which will include an intimate workshop from 3.30pm to 5pm and a performance at 6pm in the Mediterranean Biome, this Thursday.

The opportunity for community engagement will form a significant part of this workshop and support will continue to be given to South West musicians as they perform around Eden throughout the afternoon from 4pm.

In support of the Prince's Rainforest Project and in association with EDF Energy, the Friday Session will continue to inspire with a burst of world music, workshops and interactive performances, as the first Green Britain Day is launched.

On both evenings, following the headlining acts, Eden will host a resonantly powerful light show by artist Chris Levine, which will be the first exposure of a long term experimental collaboration.

There are still a handful of tickets available for Razorlight and The Maccabees on Thursday and Paul Weller and Florence and The Machine on Friday.

There will also be live music around the site from Cornish acts.
