£2m deal sees PizzaExpress take up Rocklands residence
PizzaExpress is set to open an outlet on the ground floor of the Rocklands development, overlooking Tolcarne Beach.
Bradleys estate agents confirmed the sale had gone through with the value of the restaurant's investment topping £2 million, including fitting out the premises.

Offering pizza, pasta and salads, the Italian-themed restaurant will add to more than 300 outlets in the chain across the UK.
The price is thought to be one of the highest paid for a restaurant or retail space in Newquay.
It marks a continued confidence in the town's business and property markets despite a national economic downturn.
Last week, the Newquay Guardian reported on plans to build a 'super-flat' worth £2.5 million, breaking price records for apartments in the town.
Acorn Property Group has also reported strong demand for its luxury apartments, particularly on the higher-end penthouses which have sold for up to £1.3 million so far.
Property experts have been adamant the market for high-end properties, such as many being built in Newquay, will not be affected by the downturn.
