'Low impact, high romance'

Monday, October 20, 2008, 13:43

THE former owners of a nursery at Rezare say they are glad they started a bed and breakfast business with a difference.

Rick and Kym Finney of Spring Park Rezare obtained planning permission last year for eight Romany-style caravans to be used in what they describe as their "low impact, high romance holiday" business. Rick said: "We are delighted with the response to our venture. Since our first guest in July we have had many couples here.

"We are most chuffed that a couple who made Duke their honeymoon choice in August have now rebooked to celebrate their first anniversary."

Duke is a showman's wagon which has been restored by the couple.

It is the first of eight vans they hope to let.

The couple next plan to refurbish an old railway carriage.
