    “According to this, £71,250 to £106,000 is affordable for these particular properties.

    Even if these properties are leasehold which most likely they will be, and most likely with other restrictions written into the covenant regarding to whom can buy the properties if you decide to sell at any time, the price may still seem to be very attractive, if they are not half buy half rent that is.”
