“Everywhere, the first thing you could do in your fervour is to accord Cornwall and the Cornish the courtesy of a CAPITAL C in your spelling.
Quite agree that no blood test is necessary that would smack of elitism or racism, the TRUE Cornish are niether, merely Different!!! as in NOT English.
