“I was thinking more practical things, (lost, anyway). The British military,(Culdrose etc) and the subsequent job losses and air-sea rescue facilities. British civil service jobs and facilities. We would gain the setting up of emergency services, police and ambulance. But would lose the NHS.”

“A negative question designed to instill fear Tolgus? Independence,if at all,is for the future. These are times to lay down a blueprint for that possible future, and not to talk of what will be lost...Cornwall,unshackled from English imperialism can prosper, and stand equal with all other freedom loving nations.”

“In answer to my question we seem to have produced more questions. And: "Mebyon Kernow are not seeking independence incidentally" Which was never mentioned by me. "A negative question designed to instill fear Tolgus?. Not my intention at all, but it is my right to ask, anyway. So far, no real answers.”

“Yes independence has been watered down somewhat of late, so the nats will go for anything that is going. Cornwall will not lose anything, because regarding work and jobs there isn't a great deal to lose, and the level headed people of Cornwall will see that the nats will not take them down a blind alley.”

“Independence has to be the ultimate aim.although not on MK's agenda,Cornwall and its people must continue to march towards economic freedom. To stop at a devolved halfway house within a UK construct still leaves us totally dependent on the whole for economic survival. We must forever move forwards. To stop,is to fall back into the clutch of English domination..Revolution is not a word i fear..It simply means change.”
“Think of the day after Cornwall gains independence. What will we gain or lose.”
