Being a dolphin just makes me want to smile...
A pod of more than 40 dolphins have been spotted off the coast of Cornwall – with this cheeky chap even smiling for a photo.
The Risso's dolphin, distinguished by its bulbous head and bulky anterior body, was spotted lifting itself out of the water with what looked like a grin on its face.

Marine Discovery worker Hannah Jones took the picture while on board their catamaran with colleague Duncan Jones last Friday near Lamorna Cove.
She said: "We have seen Risso's dolphins before – that's the second time this year and we would expect to see them two or three times a year – but this was exciting.

"Seeing that number is really good."
It is believed the dolphins were drawn into shore by an abundance of fish.

“May have been an abundance before they got there but for a day or so after there was very few fish as the Dolphins had scared them out to deeper water.
Always good to see Dolphins though, shows our coastal waters are doing pretty well as breeding and feeding grounds for fish.”
