For those who have completed the beginner's home cheesemaking course, you'll have the chance to make three new varieities of cheese with warm milk straight from the cow. You can extend your range to make hard cheese with flavours, soft and smelly cheese, see a demonstration of blue cheese, and make ricotta with the left over whey. Ending with a problem solving session with 1kg of cheese to take home. Learn about traditional and modern ways of making different types of cheeses with more in-depth knowledge of starters and techniques.
