The BACK AT EASE PROGRAM takes the Pilates & Yoga concept a stage further. A fusion class incorporates Pilates, Yoga, with elements from Tai-Chi & Ballet.
The program is designed for use in the management and rehabilitation of Spinal, Joint & Muscular problems but is open to anyone. It is a powerful tool for the recovery of core stability and strength in people with recurring or chronic back pain, muscle pain, joint problems, arthritis, and hip / knee replacement.
You will notice: Improved function of core muscles, posture, co-ordination, body awareness and flexibility. Correction of faulty mechanics that underlie recurring sporting and spinal injuries. Reduced pain levels and injury recurrence. Faster recovery from injury. Overall body toning.
A gentle, flexible and comfortable way to keep your joints and circulation working well - especially during the winter months when it is just too cold to get out and about.
