Not guilty plea
A NOT guilty plea was entered at Truro Magistrates' Court by a Penzance man charged with threatening behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress to Molly Melhuish in the town on October 10.
Clifford Morgan, 25, of Polweath Close, Penzance, had his case adjourned to January 21 for trial.
