However things were getting a bit desperate after several years of neglect plus the odd attack from me with the bathroom scissors and my mop was to be frank a mess. My new cut is brilliant-it does exactly what I wanted and ticks all the boxes. So thank you to Kim for listening and coming up with a perfect solution. Vanilla is in the lovely, pretty village of Perranwell Station with ample parking, a nice atmosphere and competitive prices. I absolutely recommend it. ”

Lovely Experience! You must try them if you haven't already!

“Having just moved to the area, I needed to find myself a new salon to get both my waxing and hair done. I had recently seen Vanilla on This is Cornwall website and after reading such lovely reviews decided to go along. I have to say that the reviews were not wrong! What a lovely salon you would never know this place existed, the atmosphere is so relaxing and all the girls are so well groomed and polite, exactly the place I want to get my treatments done- where people act and look professional. The salon itself is immaculate also.
My appointment was made with no trouble and I had my treatments with Rachael the salon manager. I have to say I have never been waxed so quickly and efficiently before ever, and will definitely be going back as it was almost completely pain free!!
Prices are very reasonable and I have since been back and had my hair done with one of the Junior Stylists who's name was Sam. I would really recommend that you try a junior as most people are quick to judge and assume they are not as good as the others being inexperienced but I must say they must have been trained well by the salon, Sam listened to what I wanted and made plenty of suggestions for my colour.
Will be going back for sure!”

“I have been looking for a good hairdressers for a while and having read the reviews here thought I would give Vanilla a go and visited for my first time today. Just wanted to say I wasn't disappointed and really enjoyed it. I was made to feel welcome and had a great hair cut by Kim. I'm looking forward to my next visit and also to try the spa side as well. “Have been going to Vanilla for a number of years and can happily say that the standard here is so high and has never faltered. What a lovely bunch of girls. I have all sorts of wonderful treatments done by Rachael in the beauty department and a fabulous colour and cut with Kim.
I would highly recommend you visit Vanilla if you are considering changing your hairdresser/ therapist and know you will not be disappointed. I have never once felt rushed visiting Vanilla and have several times been into for complimentary consultations when I have skin problems or though of changing my colour.

Vanilla caters for all ages and is modern,clean and up to date with the latest trends and with the added bonus of free car parking right outside!!!”

Vanilla love!

“Since I started going to Vanilla about 6 months ago I have had professional and friendly service- the girls listen to what you want and make good suggestions regarding products and treatments which might improve the condition of my hair! I have my hair coloured at Vanilla, often having either half a head or a full head of foils and they are always reasonably priced with amazing offers on the facebook page. It is a very modern and clean place to go and relax and have my hair done and I would recommend going for an enjoyable experience and for great hair! The staff are very efficient and always do their best to make you relax! Thank you for lovely hair Vanilla!

AMAZING!!

“I have been going to Vanilla for over 4 years now, won't go anywhere else!!! All the staff are really welcoming, lovely and are more like friends than anything. I have always been over the moon coming out of Vanilla with my hair/spray-tan/nails they do such an excellent job. In the 4 years I have been going to Vanilla I have not been disappointed once. Got noting bad to say about them at all. Such a lovely and talented bunch :) highly recommended. ”

FANTASTIC!!

“Vanilla Hair and Beauty Spa is absolutely brilliant, from the moment you walk in you know you are going to be looked after and pampered. The stylists are up to date on all aspects of the hairdressing and beauty business. They are friendly as well as professional and provide you with an excellent service and great value for money. There is ample parking available located right outside the salon door so you don't have the worry of finding nearby parking. The salon is modern, very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this salon.

Vanilla Hair and Spa - Professional and Friendly

“I have now used both the hair and spa at Vanilla. I am really pleased to have found someone who can cut and colour my hair the way I like it as well as someone who is really good at waxing.
Vanilla is professional, friendly and spotlessly clean. The prices are very reasonable and parking right outside.

A little piece of luxury

“Visiting Vanilla is always a fab experience whether it be having my hair done by one of the fantastic stylists or having treatments in the spa relaxation rooms its a lovely place to have a little bit of me time away from the real world.
The team make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door offering competitive prices and introducing new treatments and unmissable offers.
The girls are full of helpful hints for beautiful looking skin, hair and nails and the salon has become a home away from home. I would highly recommend a visit to Vanilla to anyone.
I have been going to vanilla for a number of years now and would never consider going anywhere else.

Fantastic!

“I found Vanilla Hair & Spa via their /facebook page & a fantastic offer of half price wash, cut & blow dry! I was dubious at first of a place giving away such cheap offers but jumped right in & i have never looked back!! As a long term customer i am as entitled to their offers as if i were a first time client all over again, The facilities are excellent & they offer everything from trims to pedicures! I feel comfortable when i visit & it doesn't matter if i dress up or dress down as i am no less valued & i never feel judged or uncomfortable. The staff are outstanding & i never have to endure the usual 'have you booked a holiday?' line which i despise! The added bonus is that i get to have a cup of tea or coffee & there is never any rush to be in or out & to top that off there is free parking or a 2 minute walk from the train station which is served every 30 minutes from Truro! A tranquil bit of me time away from busy family life! Now i am off to book my next visit, don't forget to book yours too :D ”
