“ Forget Miami and L.A Ink, Newquay has some of the best artists in the UK. I personally now only go to DNA tattoo studio, situated in the heart of Newquay town centre on Bank Street.

I have had and seen so many amazing tatoos by the studio's artists Simon and Dudley. I first went to them to get a small wrist tattoo which I am thrilled with as it's exactly what I wanted but better! I've have more work done on my ankles, a re-vamp of a really old shoulder tattoo and script work and have much, much more I want!

The studio itself is ecclectic, friendly and inviting, always busy and buzzing. That may be your only problem, getting an appointment. The two artsists are so in demand you do have to book ahead. I was there recently next to a guy who had travelled all the way from the US to get inked by the shop owner, Dudley. The sleeve he did blew me away!

I have had all of my work by Simon, it's fair to say is a specialist in Japanese artwork but having seen much of his work, like Dudley, is extremely talented in all areas of tattoo design and work. I have great respect for the work they do and would definately recommend the studio and artists. ”
