Pete Wiley, regional manager, said: "Working with Cornwall College Business has enabled us to provide a route for young people to gain the necessary skills needed to obtain full-time employment within our company.
"This has produced some highly skilled parts advisers and has also identified the potential for some to enter into the company's management structure.
"We currently have four former apprentices in assistant branch manager roles within Cornwall and one former apprentice who has the responsibility for looking after the company's national account business across three counties."
The apprentices will work with CCB in Camborne on selecting and selling parts.
