Occupation: Swimming teacher.
Earliest sporting memory: My first surf live saving event when I was ten. I couldn't swim and came last in everything apart from the board race.
Best sporting memory: Competing in the World Championship Triathlon series in London. It was my first paratriathlon race ever and the best one so far. It was well organised and it made me feel really elite.
Worst sporting memory: One of my first triathlons. I had just got my first racing bike and I really wanted to win. My dad did the whole race with me so I didn't do anything stupid or get lost. We came to the downhill before the end of the cycle and he said if you use your breaks you won't win. So I listened and didn't use them. The next thing I knew I was under a bus with dad saying get up and finish the race. He gave me his bike to finish on whilst he carried mine to transition, then starting the run I got the worst cramp ever.
Who is your sporting idol? It would be difficult to say, there are so many out there for different reasons, there's just too many to choose.
Favourite hobby away from sport: Spending time with my pups Grizzly and Stitch.
Most embarrassing sporting memory? I don't have one but I have many embarrassing photos that my sister likes to bring out every so often, her favourite is me looking like a frog in a green swimsuit and giant goggles before I dove into a pool.
Who would you most like to meet? Lance Armstrong.
What is your biggest claim to fame? Probably having dinner with Jonny Brownlee.
Favourite sporting venue? The beach. If not there it would be very difficult to pick as I've been lucky to have gone to many amazing places to race.
Favourite film: Lilo and Stitch.
Favourite music album: Too many to choose. It depends what mood I'm in but I like most music.
