Welcome to Fifteen Cornwall – Inspiration Through Food
We teach our apprentice chefs how to prepare amazing dishes using beautiful Cornish ingredients to serve you outstanding plates of food against the awe inspiring backdrop of two miles of stunning Cornish beach.
Fifteen is more than a restaurant though, we are a social enterprise founded by Jamie Oliver, with a clear mission, to empower those who deserve to have a second chance in life, to challenge themselves to build a compelling and successful future. We believe these goal can be achieved through the inspiration of food.
