“ On March 24th at 6.30pm Gayle Force will be conducting the evenings service at The Church of the Holy Spirit at Kings Avenue ,in St.Austell. Gayle has had strong connections with the church for over thirty years, and is looking forward to seeing old freinds and new on the night after a few years absence to giving service. It is the same church that she faciliated her first wedding service to special friends Jan and Alan. Where she taught healing, meditation and platform work associated with the church. Her dear friend Francis Evans,founder member of the church, is often remembered when entering the building after her loss a few years ago. Sring time is always a good time to give service, with the new year still stretching forward. Gayle will be giving a reading, an address ,prayer and audience readings to the congregation on the evening. ”

Meditation evening Tuesday March 19th St.Austell with Gayle Force
“If you have ever felt you would like to meditate, why not join us on Tuesday at 7pm - 9pm. I need you to book your space with me as this is a regular group meeting and space is limited. A warm welcome awaits you. We begin with a short meditation to raise the energies and bring in the healing energies for those sitting with us. These energies often get offered to the world. Meditation is a relaxing experience and has been found to lower blood pressure, aid deeper sleeping patterns, bring a balance into general everyday life,when practised ona regular basis.

It is also a good link ,to meet like minded friends. We often have a question ten mintues ,when any spiritual connected question can be answered for you. Comfortable seating is provided, with fresh filtered water to drink. Plenty of car parking space which is complimentry.
The ambiance in our space is gentle, warm, and cosy. Where there are no phones or doors knocked while we are meditating. It is a sacred space that has been part of Gayles healing private readings,spiritual art days, and meditation evenings for over twenty years.

Musical Jamming Evenings at Weatherspoons in St.Austell
“You might sing, dance, play,or tap your feet. Whatever your musical interest come along and join in these evenings with Vince Taylor and his jam band. It sarts at 7pm - 10.30pm and everyone is welcome. Wetherspoons have some lovely food on offer as well as the drinks, from a tea to a whiskey. Go on spoil yourself. This is the Blues night in memeory of Big Al ,and all styles of music are welcomed. The event happens the first Sunday of the month with the next one being February 3rd 2013. “This is the buisness. Vince Taylor is one of the most creative upholsterers that I have come across. His magical stitching on the furniture he reupholtered was just superb and the fit wonderful. I now feel like I have a new suite in my lounge. Not forgetting those scatter cushions. ”

The Keep at Bodmin in Cornwall
“The Keep has a military museum within it's walls. On October 27th 2012 Gayle Force and mathew Roy of Cornish Living t V ,held a paranormal investigation inside and out on a cold dark night. Many a spirit was found and several orbs were captured on film. Several parts of the building had an errie feeling and a sense of unseen eyes watching our movements. It was a siccesful investigation with filming made into a special film with all the activities of the night. View it on you tube. Serch for Gayle Force films. ”

Meditation Evenings with Gayle Force
“Each month at Cuddra W .I Hall in St.Austell Gayle Force holds a special, relaxing evening of meditation, to aid well being and give balance in our lives. Meditation is also a great way to learn the beginnings of spiritual connection with loved ones and guides.

All spiritual work is practice as everything worthwhile is in our lives.
Many of Gayles group have said, how meditation has helped them with relaxation, sleeping patterns, confidence, health, feeling better, spiritual connection. It is having that special time out to enjoy meditation. With no phones or interuptions of daily life, coming into the sacred space of the evening.
Gayle has run meditation groups since the 1970's without interuption, and enjoys sharing this wonderful pehenonomen with all. She says that there is little chance in this fast way of life of having some peace and quiet. A new group that has been meeting now for nearly six months, with both men and women taking part.A lovely ambience is created as we work togeather.
Gayle says that during her own life there has been many times that her discipline of the art of meditation has helped in situations, keeping an overall calmness, and aiding her. In an instance she thought of a major operation she experienced, where ,even though it was life threatening, at the time, she managed to keep calm with her meditation learnings lowering her blood pressure and heart rate, which helped the whole proceedure.
meditation can aid a peaceful nights sleep, as some of the excersises learnt taking oneself into a mediation can also help the peacefulness of mind to aid rested sleep.
So many benifits of meditation. Gayle invites you to join her each month on the third Tuesday , at 7pm - 9pm. At Cuddra Hall, in St.Austell. There is plenty of free car parking. Cost for each session is £5 on the door. Please bring a cushion and a bottle of water with you for your comfort.

Ghost Walk at Pine Lodege Gardens with Gayle Force
“A spooky presence was at The Old Pine Lodge gradens as Gayle and her film crew investigated the area. It was one of thos elovely summer evenings and the team met in the car park. Dowsing rods out and Gayle tuning to the spirit world with her guides, many spirit entities have been found. On June 27th 2012 you can become part of a unique invetigation as never been done before in this location. It begins at 7.30pm , meeting in the Couryard Tearooms.
